Our Services

Quantum Clear™ offers specialized services in:

  • Energetic and environmental harmonization for homes, businesses, and properties.

  • Interior design consultation with a holistic, wellbeing-centered approach.

  • Dowsing, frequency calibration, and clearing of environmental stressors.

  • Certification, training, and membership programs for individuals and organizations.

  • Products and tools designed to support biofield coherence and energetic alignment.

These services are crafted to be highly individualized, blending science, intuition, and design. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

 

Client Commitments

We view every project as a partnership. To ensure the most powerful results, clients agree to:

  • Provide honest, timely, and complete information when requested.

  • Respect the energetic and practical boundaries of the work.

  • Understand that the results of energetic harmonization are subtle and individual—no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

  • Use any QC materials, codes, or teachings solely for personal or agreed-upon professional purposes, not for redistribution without permission.

Payments & Scheduling

  • All fees are stated in [currency] and are due according to the terms agreed at booking.

  • Sessions, consultations, or on-site visits may require deposits; deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without forfeiture.

  • Memberships, subscriptions, or certification programs may have their own payment schedules and policies, which will be provided at registration.

     

Limitation of Liability

All content, including but not limited to frequency codes, frameworks, design methodologies, educational materials, written guides, graphics, and product names, are the intellectual property of Quantum Clear™ and its partners.

Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials shared in their work with QC. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

Energetic & Wellness Disclaimer

Our work operates at the intersection of design, energy, and environment. While clients frequently report shifts in wellbeing, clarity, and harmony, Quantum Clear™ does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Results vary depending on personal, environmental, and energetic factors.

  • QC services complement but do not replace professional medical, therapeutic, or legal care.

  • You assume full responsibility for your choices and interpretations of the work provided.

Confidentiality & Respect

We honor the privacy and sacredness of each client’s space and journey.

  • All information shared with QC will remain confidential unless legally required to disclose.

  • We expect mutual respect in all communications. QC reserves the right to discontinue services if boundaries are repeatedly disregarded.


Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • QC and its partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services or products.

  • In all cases, QC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect new offerings, community standards, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” noted above. Continued engagement with QC after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Florida.
